Services For You: Liquor Sales Licensee

Decision Summaries

The following Decision Summaries list the liquor sales licensed establishments published in past editions of Licence Line that have been brought before the Board of the AGCO (prior to July 1, 2011) or the Licence Appeal Tribunal (after July 1, 2011) for disciplinary hearings, or where a Notice of Proposal was issued and licensees did not request a hearing. Sanctions for similar infractions may vary in length according to the specifics of each case.

Responsibility for the adjudication of alcohol and gaming matters under the Liquor Licence Act and Gaming Control Act now rests with the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT), which is an agency of the Government of Ontario that adjudicates matters involving licensing activities regulated by various Ministries. LAT is not part of the AGCO. For matters heard before LAT, please visit www.lat.gov.on.ca.

Final decisions of the Board of the AGCO between January 2007 and January 2012 can be found on CanLII.
