For fees paid by Visa, Mastercard or AmEx, complete and return the credit card payment slip with your application.
Please do not send cash in the mail. Harmonized Sales Tax does not apply to these fees.
All application fees must be received by the AGCO before an application can be processed. If an application is withdrawn, or if the AGCO refuses
to issue the licence for any reason, the application fee is non-refundable.
