The AGCO maintains nine regional offices across the province to provide timely and convenient services to our stakeholders and the public.
Regional offices provide a variety of services from different AGCO Branches, including Registration, Licensing, Investigations and Enforcement.
Gaming Registration Officers located at regional offices receive and process gaming key employee and gaming employee applications for individuals seeking employment or who are currently employed with a casino or slot machine facility. All other types of applications should be forwarded to:

Gaming Compliance Inspectors are responsible for conducting regular inspections of Ontario’s casinos and slot machine facilities.
Regional offices are also staffed with seconded members of the Ontario Provincial Police and Liquor Inspectors designated as Provincial Offences Officers. Their role is to inspect and monitor liquor licensed establishments and gaming facilities for compliance with the Liquor Licence Act and the Gaming Control Act, 1992 respectively.
